4. Property Visits & Appointments

All viewings and appointments must be confirmed in advance. Mera Property is not liable for cancellations or changes made by owners or developers.

Any rental or purchase payment is made directly to the property owner or developer. Mera Property does not hold or collect money on behalf of clients.
